As of September, 2023 TKO Jerky has selected The UPS Store as our primary logistics provider.   We provide our customers with subsequent tracking information and ensure complete delivery, every time.   If there is ever any shipping issue, you may contact us at info@tkojerky.com and we will investigate immediately and work with you and The UPS Store directly until it's resolved.
